怎么监测

每 2 小时取一份 bgp.tools 全球路由表（前缀 → 起源 ASN），和上一份对比。发现时间是对比的时间，实际变化最多早约 2 小时。
只有超过 100 个 bgp.tools 对等方看得到的路由才会列为变化；更小范围的路由只记入历史。
新出现的宣告要在下一份路由表中依然存在才算数；撤销要连续两份都不见才算数，短暂抖动不计入。
ASNBase 自 2026-10-19 起监测。「首次出现」为「监测前」表示开始监测时已在宣告，更早的时间未知。
开始监测后头一天里首次出现的地址段不算「新宣告」：它们多半只是开始监测那一刻恰好不在路由表里。
国家和地区按 ASN 的注册登记，不代表 IP 的实际位置。
